Return policy

Return Policy:

At Nia Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy that lasts for 14 days from the date you received the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange if the 14-day window has passed.

If you wish to return an item, please send it back to us in its original packaging to the address we provide. Please do not send the item(s) back to the manufacturers if it was not directly purchased from us. For all Order Return inquiries, please email contact@contactnialuxe.com

Order Changes and Cancellations:

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or make changes to your order, except for sale items which are not subject to cancellation. After 24 hours, your order will have already been processed and prepared for shipping, and we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Damaged/Missing Items:

If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, please contact our support team immediately. We will be happy to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. Please email us at contact@contactnialuxe.com with the subject line "Damaged/Missing Item Claim" to report the issue.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) in the condition and manner stated above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds generally take 5-10 days to reflect in your payment account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you bought an item during a free shipping promotion, you are still responsible for covering the necessary shipping costs.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
